I absolutely love living here The large, beautiful windows let in so much natural light and make the apartment feel bright and welcoming. Having a washer and dryer in the unit is such a blessing, and I really appreciate the generous cabinet space in the kitchen.
One of my favorite things is how quiet and clean the building is. The neighbors are friendly and respectful, which makes it feel like home. The office staff have been amazing—professional, helpful, and always kind whenever I’ve needed assistance.
Overall, I’m very happy with my apartment and my experience here. I plan on staying here for the long haul

|Recommended: YesAmazing customer service — I moved into this property in Feb and I have had the most amazing experience from beginning to end. Verna and Maria made this process so smooth for me and my children. Verna and Maria helped me through application process, and answered all my questions. They are so sweet. Their customer service was outstanding. I had to place a maintenance request in for something so minor and even maintenance came out right away and got this resolved. The building is so clean and I'm happy to be here. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for their next home.
|Recommended: YesThe staff is fantastic — Verna Rife has been a constant since the beginning and she goes out of her way for the residents. Scott and Alex are great maintenance men and are always helpful. I love my apartment. Some of the neighbors are disrespectful of the property and throw garbage wherever. Ppl smoke. I see a lot of dogs that don't belong here too. Diana does an amazing job cleaning the building but it hardly matters when ppl spill something and don't clean it up or let their pet pee in the elevator. The staff is fantastic but the residents leave something to be desired.
